The grandparents of missing Idaho children have confirmed that the two sets of human remains are confirmed to be J.J. Vallow and Tylee Ryan.

In a statement, the Woodcock and Ryan family confirmed the news on Wednesday afternoon.

CBS2 reports authorities have not yet confirmed the identity of the remains, however, prosecutors today did say that the remains are those of children.

Chad Daybell was in court today and is being held in the Fremont County Jail on two counts of felony destruction and concealment of evidence.

Daybell’s bail has been set at $1 million.
